As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the strategic partner and gatekeeper to the Sr. VP of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and the VP of Administration. This is not just an administrative role; you will be the organizational hub that ensures our executive office runs seamlessly.
Working with a high degree of independence, you will manage complex operations, handle highly sensitive information, and act as a trusted liaison between executive leadership, hospital staff, and the community. Your efficiency directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional healthcare leadership.
How You Will Fulfill Your Potential (Responsibilities)
- Manage complex, shifting calendars and screen high-level communications with tact and judgment.
- Prepare agendas, capture critical meeting minutes, and collaborate with system-wide executive assistants to align priorities.
- Draft executive correspondence, design impactful presentations, and analyze data to create business reports and charts.
- Oversee day-to-day executive suite logistics, manage vendor requests, and champion continuous quality improvements.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated administrative or executive assistant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Credentials: Valid NYS driver's license and a Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain one within 6 months of hire).
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
