This is a high-trust, high-impact position best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

The position is in-office, based in West Los Angeles, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritize and execute key initiatives
  • Prepare briefings, materials, and follow-ups for leadership, client, and investor meetings
  • Run leadership team meetings: set agendas, track follow-ups, and drive accountability
  • Manage special projects and sensitive initiatives with discretion and professionalism

Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or supporting executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; experience managing senior executive calendars is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex ideas clearly
  • Analytical, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work onsite in West Los Angeles, CA

The total compensation range for this salaried-exempt opportunity is $70,000 - $90,000, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location. As you go through the interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed target compensation range that will get you excited about your future at EverService.
