The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will:
- have 2+ years experience as an EA (or CoS) supporting C-suite executives
- have 2+ years experience within the industries of management consulting, finance and/or software
- have 1+ years experience working in a demanding and fast-paced startup environment
- have a bachelor's degree or higher
- have a very generalist skillset, including management, marketing, accounting, finance, recruiting, HR, PR, and legal
- have a strong knowledge of and interest in gaming and blockchain
- have exceptional time management skills, a master of prioritization and multitasking
- have exceptional people and communication skills (written &verbal)
- be extremely proactive, anticipating the founder’s needs
- be extremely resourceful, finding pragmatic ways to get things done
- be extremely autonomous, requiring minimal oversight
- be extremely efficient, making speedy decisions and smashing through tasks
- be extremely organized, with exceptional attention to detail
- be extremely tech-savvy
- be flexible, available, and dependable
- be willing to do any task that needs to be done, no matter how big or small
- exhibit high professionalism, with ironclad discretion
