Experience:

  • 1–3 years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience—or standout internship experience that proves your potential.

Skills:

  • A high sense of ownership, urgency, and initiative. You don’t wait to be told—you figure it out and make it happen.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to write clearly and think critically.
  • Professionalism, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment in all you do.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  • Interest in emerging tech—including AI—and how it can support executive decision-making and productivity.
  • Most importantly: you want to learn, grow fast, and make a meaningful impact.
