THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to our CEO and COO — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes complete ownership of their role, and finds genuine satisfaction in making everything run flawlessly.

 This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of the firm. You will protect executive time, manage competing priorities with ease, and bring an anticipatory mindset that keeps leadership one step ahead. No two days will look alike — and that’s exactly what you love about it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Executive support for the CEO and COO — calendar mastery, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and relentless follow-through so nothing slips.
  • Leadership cadence — own the rhythm of meetings, capture action items, and ensure accountability across all commitments.
  • Personal logistics — as a trusted extension of the role, you will coordinate family schedules and personal commitments with the same care and discretion as professional priorities.
  • Recruiting and events — coordinate candidate logistics, Super Days, firm events, and client hosting with polish and precision.
  • Special projects — take on ad hoc research, initiatives, and firm needs with full ownership and a bias for action.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–7 years directly supporting C-suite executives.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence that reflects well on leadership.
  • Proven ability to operate with urgency, accuracy, and discretion in a demanding environment.
  • Confidence to manage up, push back when needed, and ask the right questions at the right time.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Omaha, NE | In-office Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays.
  • Occasional after-hours availability for travel and time-sensitive needs.
