Your Role at SeoulSpice
As our Executive Assistant, you'll be a key partner to our CEO, acting as a trusted right hand in the day-to-day activities.
Your Responsibilities will include:
*Answering phones and greeting any new hires for HQ*Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
*Handle any personal administrative tasks from the CEO
*Collecting and distributing mail
*Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports
*Assisting with HR on employee engagement
*Ordering and maintaining office supplies
*Managing travel arrangements

What the Job Requires
* Bachelor degree required
* Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
* Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
* Must have exceptional experience in proofreading, grammar and typing
* Experience with AI is a plus
* Proficiency with Google, Docs, Decks and Powerpoint or similar applications with willingness to learn
* Dependability and punctuality

SeoulSpice Korean Kitchen is a fast-casual Korean comfort food chain dedicated to sharing food, culture, and hospitality that's Korean at heart. Founded by Eric Shin, the company offers vibrant, fresh rice and noodle bowls based on traditional family recipes. Originally based in Washington, D.C., SeoulSpice is expanding nationally, bringing authentic Korean flavors and a welcoming atmosphere to new cities, including Chicago.
