The Role

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. You will operate as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while anticipating needs, managing priorities, and enabling executive effectiveness.

This role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also play a key role in maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and operational excellence across all interactions.

In addition, you will act as a mentor and coach to peers, reinforcing office protocols, best practices, and expectations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Calendar Management

    • Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising requests and resolving scheduling conflicts

    • Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

    • Manage correspondence including emails, calls, and formal communications

    • Ensure timely and professional communication on behalf of executives

  • Meeting & Event Coordination

    • Organise meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and room bookings

    • Prepare agendas, presentations, and document meeting outcomes

  • Travel & Logistics

    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements

    • Manage itineraries, accommodations, and transportation

  • Document & Presentation Management

    • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and executive materials

    • Maintain accurate and organised documentation systems

  • Financial & Administrative Support

    • Manage expenses, invoices, and financial tracking

    • Support budgeting and reporting activities

  • Project & Office Management

    • Support special projects and strategic initiatives

    • Maintain office operations, including supplies and filing systems

  • Leadership & Mentorship

    • Provide guidance and mentorship to administrative peers

    • Ensure adherence to organisational standards and office protocols

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications

  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Could be asked to travel on occasion to certain events

  • Overtime may be required at times

  • AI / Copilot knowledge necessary 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Salary: $61,920 - $105,360

The above represents Kyndryl’s pay range for this role.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.  The range provided reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting.  Kyndryl’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and reward
