The Executive Administrative Assistant to the General Counsel (GC) will provide high-level administrative support to the GC, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the legal department. How You'll Create Possibilities
Administrative Support: Manage the GC’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the GC and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming communications expeditiously with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare agendas for meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure all necessary materials and/or technology are prepared in advance.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents, files, and records. Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents and retrieval of information as needed.
- Project Management: Assist with the planning and execution of legal projects and initiatives. Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations within the legal department, including supplies management and liaising with facilities.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role, preferably within a legal or corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
