Description
We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level support to two senior executives within a fast-paced healthcare organization. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, foresight, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive executive support to two senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence, travel coordination, and day-to-day prioritization.
- Anticipate executive needs and stay several steps ahead, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, deadlines, follow-up items, organizational needs, and potential challenges before they require attention.
- Serve as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper for the executive office, professionally interacting with Board members, providers, employees, community partners, and other key stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate and support executive, management, and Board-related meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, action-item tracking, special projects, and timely follow-through.
- Bring exceptional organization, executive presence, adaptability, and sound judgment to a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment, while learning and adapting to the individual working styles and preferences of established senior executives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience preferred
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional written communication
