Job Summary:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock movement, documentation, and coordination with transporters and clients to ensure smooth warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and clients for dispatch planning.
- Prepare warehouse reports, MIS, and stock reports.
- Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and SOP guidelines.
- Resolve operational issues and support smooth warehouse functioning.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and client requirements.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage daily operations.
- Problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
Working Conditions:

- Rotational shifts may be applicable based on business requirements.
