About you:
This position handling and supporting day-to-day sales and operations for B2B financing business. Job scopes include collaboration with dealers to monitor and execute daily APO utilization within business SOP, cross-selling insurance products, and to come out with action plans to achieve sales targets. Meanwhile to provide good support and relationship with dealers to achieve TAT benchmark for both sides
Education: Possess at least a STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Job Related Experience: More than 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing position preferably in auto financing industry, including relevant product knowledge and industry market know-how.
Specific Knowledge / Skills: Leadership, Analytical and Presentation skills
Business Understanding: Full knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle and product knowledge
Your Day-to-Day:
- Build and maintain positive work relationships with internal & external business partners to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
- Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response, enquiries and in assisting with the resolution of issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper relationship management
- Ensure daily business conduct within business SOP and Code of Conducts

Analyze performance of individual business pillars through detailed reports and identify necessary action plans from the analysis

Systematic training and coaching program to build quality talents for cultivate motivating sales environment
