• Offer a 6-month opportunity to deepen your experience across onboarding, systems, and HR coordination

• Own the offer process -- draft letters, prep documentation, and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and make sure new hires hit the ground running on day one
• Keep our HRIS and payroll systems up-to-date and accurate
• Track and manage key employee data -- probation dates, contract end dates, background checks, etc
• Partner with the Employee Experience Director on process improvements as they come up
• Be the calm, reliable person people go to when things feel messy

• Experience in an HR, Employee Experience Ops, or recruitment coordination role
• Strong attention to detail -- nothing escapes you
• Comfort working with sensitive information and handling it with care
• Solid organisation and communication skills -- written, verbal, and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the finish line
• Familiarity with HR tools (e.g. Rippling, Greenhouse, or similar) is a bonus
