- Work with EWIS design and manufacturing teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close out EWIS projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Prepare project documentation including briefs and reports.
- Manage and track compliance with EWIS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Address and resolve conflicts and issues as they arise within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Coordination of ordering of parts and materials for in-house wire harness builds
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in EWIS design, build, and integration
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage changes in scope, requirements, and schedules.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and project-related challenges
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
- Experience with risk management, budgeting, and cost control related to EWIS projects.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
