Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute Wallester’s participation in major industry conferences, including sponsorship management, stand design, and logistical arrangements
- Organize company-hosted events, such as networking gatherings, workshops, or brand showcases, to boost awareness and strengthen client and partner relations
- Manage travel arrangements and provide on-site support for executives and team members during events
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams to develop creative event concepts, branded materials, and engaging visual content
- Oversee the production and inventory of corporate merchandise, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the Wallester brand
- Evaluate event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in event management, corporate events, or conference organization (experience in fintech or B2B events is a plus)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
- Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- English at B2 level or higher; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
