Your reason for being here…

Your purpose here at DRPG is to enable audiences to experience incredible events like never before seamlessly. Because of you, jaws will drop, memories will be made, and futures will be transformed for the better.

The way you roll…

You have a knack for turning dreams into reality and there’s no one more organised than you. Your superpowers include a deep understanding of event intricacies, from safeguarding the bottom line to reconciling the accounts post-event. Balancing budgets and turning chaos into coordinated perfection is your daily routine.

But it's not just about the numbers for you. You're a people person. Connecting with others is your second nature, and you can grow relationships in no time. You’ve done just that at event agencies before and you know how to groove with different departments. Whether it's chatting with the creative minds, high-fiving the production crew, discussing designs, or navigating the digital realm, you're the maestro who conducts the whole symphony.

You've got a strong logistical background, turning potential chaos into well-organised experiences. And you’re ready to take your event mastery to the next level.

How you make it all possible…

  • Owning the beginning, middle and end of every project – from planning through to on-site delivery

  • Interpreting client requirements accurately, influencing where appropriate and producing full event response proposals in collaboration with other internal departments

  • Managing multiple events simultaneously

  • Being commercially aware throughout the project (you own the budget)

  • Ensuring that post-event activity is given as much attention as the other stages of the project to support future event activity and facilitate continuous improvement

  • Owning all health and safety processes, ensuring they are always completed and adhered to

  • Clearly communicating with all stakeholders, internal and external, throughout the project

What’s in your toolbox…

  • At least three years’ working in an Event Management role – you really know your stuff

  • Strong credible leadership

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Thorough and organised approach – you’re able to prioritise effectively your own workload and administration

  • Experience running logistically challenging events

  • First-class operational delivery across a varied portfolio of projects

  • Excellent rapport-building, active listening and communication skills, supported by proven relationships internally and externally

  • Top-notch delegate and crew logistics management

  • A real passion for operational and financial efficiency

  • Experience leading, directing or coordinating teams through event management

  • Knowledge of production elements including technical, design, print, video, multi-media and presentation

  • Experience in delegate management, including online registration

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Good computer literacy skills (particularly working across the various MS packages)
