What you'll be doing

As an Event Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our events strategy, accelerating our sales pipeline, and building key customer relationships through high-impact B2B events. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive end-to-end event management – Plan and execute our events from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure a flawless experience.

• Develop event marketing & lead generation strategies – Create promotional strategies that attract the right audience, and implement effective lead-capture and follow-up processes to feed the sales pipeline.

• Manage internal stakeholder relationships – Act as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

• Analyze performance & optimize future events – Define and track key event KPIs, analyze post-event data to measure success, and use insights to create scalable playbooks for future events.

• Curate brand experience & content – Ensure every event delivers a high-quality brand experience by curating relevant content, securing compelling speakers, and overseeing all creative and messaging elements to align with our corporate identity.

Who we're looking for We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Proven experience in event management – At least 5 years of experience, preferably in B2B environments.

• Strong project management skills – Ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management – Proven ability to interact with and influence various internal and external parties.

• Data-driven mindset – Capacity to use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.

• Passion for brand experience – Dedication to ensuring high-quality brand representation and content curation.
