Summary: We're seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead event marketing globally for our brand. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences that resonate with our community and reinforce our brand identity. We’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box and can ideate and bring iconic brand moments to life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the brand founder to present ideas, shape brand storytelling, and gain sign-off on high-impact campaigns.
- Conceptualize and lead the execution of brand events, product launches, and masterclasses
- Develop and deploy event strategies that align with global marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Oversee celebrity & VIP guest experiences from invitation to post-event follow-up, ensuring high-touch, detail-oriented execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Product Development) and external vendors
- Partner with regional teams to secure best-in-class collaborators and ensure cohesive event plans
- Measure event success and provide actionable post-event reports and insights
- Collaborate with the Comms, Influencer, and Social teams to amplify event reach across all channels
- 4+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty, fashion & luxury industry
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Proficiency in event planning software
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as needed, based on event requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record delivering impactful, large-scale events
- Understanding of beauty industry trends and influencer landscape
