Whether it’s an exclusive dinner, conference, or internal summit, you’re part tactician, part experience architect—just as passionate about creating meaningful moments as you are about organizing the perfectly color-coded task list to pull them off. You’ll be part of the Marketing team (aka the hype squad) and report to our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, partnering closely to bring events to life with purpose, polish, and a spark of brand magic.

You believe events aren’t just about executing plans—they’re about creating moments that matter. You’re naturally proactive and know that clear, timely communication is the secret sauce. Whether it’s keeping internal teams aligned, vendors on track, or attendees informed and excited, you’re always five steps ahead. And when things go sideways (as they sometimes do in events), you’re the calm in the chaos.

You’ve got a sixth sense for hospitality, a sharp eye for cost savings, and a real knack for balancing “wow” with ROI. You ask the right questions, push back when needed, and know how to get buy-in across departments. You don’t just love events—you own them, start to finish.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Plan, organize, and execute end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Event Strategy & Research: Support event selection and strategy to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage event sponsorships, booth design, and external vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee event budgets, and collaborate with external partners. Ensuring ROI for all events while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to keep stakeholders updated and on track with timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in planning and executing Partner events to expand Swoogo’s reach.
  • Identify high-value industry events and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Work closely with executives and subject matter experts to secure speakers, panelists, and content that resonate with attendees.
  • Track success metrics for each event, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve future events.
  • Manage customer swag.

What You’ve Done Before

  • 3-7 years of event management experience in B2B SaaS or event tech.
  • Experience managing conferences, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for details and deadlines.
  • Manage and reconcile event budgets.
  • Creativity & problem-solving to elevate event experiences and maximize engagement.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with internal teams, vendors and customers.
  • Familiarity with event industry associations.
  • Experience with event software.
