The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in planning and coordinating the logistic details of all Coalition Life fundraising and community events. Working closely with the Director of Community Engagement, this position ensures that every event is executed with excellence, care, and professionalism. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Pray daily for the mission of Coalition Life
- Assist in developing event themes and design
- Research, plan, and secure logistic details for events such as, venue, catering, AV/Tech support, decorations, security, and volunteers
- Coordinate day of event details and liaise with vendors
- Assist with the design of invitations and event promotion materials
- Assist with event registration and table assignments

Coalition Life is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to ending abortion peacefully and prayerfully, providing sidewalk counseling, client care, and pregnancy resources to help women choose life.
