The role supports food and beverage operations by preparing weekly BEO packets, tracking event deadlines and attendance, assisting with billing adjustments, and monitoring vendor details. Additional duties include organizing event supplies, preparing awards materials, and completing post-event follow ups.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track multiple events, deadlines, and details simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with departments, vendors, and member groups

• Proficiency with calendars, spreadsheets, and office software (Outlook, Excel, Word or equivalent)

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, billing adjustments, and event records

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage operations and event coordination preferred

• Ability to maintain organized storage and inventory areas

• Professional demeanor and strong member-service focus
