Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional and corporate events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with event teams, gain hands-on experience in event operations, and contribute to the successful delivery of engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and operational preparation.
  • Coordinate event materials, displays, and equipment.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Help maintain event timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Represent clients and brands professionally during events.
  • Monitor event activities and assist with problem-solving when needed.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the event management team.
  • Track event outcomes and contribute to post-event reporting.
