Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with teams, and have a strong interest in event operations and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events

  • Support event logistics, scheduling, and on-site execution

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

  • Prepare event materials, timelines, and operational checklists

  • Ensure events are executed according to company standards and objectives

  • Provide administrative and operational support before, during, and after events
