Job Description

The Events Assistant will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure events are executed efficiently and professionally. The role involves logistical coordination, vendor communication, on-site support, and administrative organization to maintain high-quality standards for every event.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate and promotional events

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services

  • Support event logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and equipment management

  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses accurately

  • Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations

  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries
