We’re seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Event Promotions Assistants. This entry-level, hands-on role provides practical experience in event marketing, promotions, and community engagement while working directly with high-profile clients and nonprofit organizations.

💼 Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent brands and organizations at live events, community activations, fundraisers, and promotional campaigns
Engage attendees in face-to-face interactions to promote causes, products, or services
Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and breakdown
Track and report on attendance, engagement, and campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Participate in training sessions and team workshops to develop marketing and event skills
Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn on the job
Team player but able to work independently
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available for weekends and evening events
Paid training with hands-on experience in event marketing and promotions
