About the RoleAs an Event Promotions Assistant, you will help execute live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations that increase brand awareness and engage audiences. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and event staff to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
What You’ll DoAssist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Represent client and company brands professionally at events
Engage with event attendees, customers, and the community
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for events
Track engagement and participation for reporting purposes
Contribute ideas to improve event experiences
Outgoing, friendly, and personable
Strong verbal communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
No prior experience needed
