Position Overview

As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a vital role in engaging target audiences during promotional events and campaigns. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, and event execution, providing an opportunity to significantly impact client brand success. You will assist the promotions team in ensuring maximum brand exposure and consumer engagement while gaining invaluable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising & Brand Awareness: Develop and distribute advertising materials to boost event attendance and enhance brand recognition.
  • Event & Visual Merchandising: Organize and manage promotional displays to create excitement around client brands.
  • Consumer Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and interactive experiences to foster meaningful brand connections.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and brands to educate team members and consumers.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales functions and support promotional efforts during events.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Availability: Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to support events.
