The Role

We're looking for a motivated individual to help elevate our clients' brand visibility through creative and impactful event campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of community-based marketing events, from setup to breakdown.
  • Coordinate logistics for event promotions, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
  • Engage with event attendees to build relationships, promote our clients' causes, and boost brand visibility.
  • Support event managers by handling event materials and ensuring everything is on track for a successful event.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure event strategies align with client goals and expectations.
  • Provide on-site customer service during events, ensuring positive interactions and memorable experiences.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting event outcomes to help improve future events.
