Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of community-based marketing events, from setup to breakdown.
- Coordinate logistics for event promotions, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
- Engage with event attendees to build relationships, promote our clients' causes, and boost brand visibility.
- Support event managers by handling event materials and ensuring everything is on track for a successful event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure event strategies align with client goals and expectations.
- Provide on-site customer service during events, ensuring positive interactions and memorable experiences.
