We are a fast-growing marketing and advertising firm seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in event marketing, brand promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement.
From day one, you’ll receive paid, hands-on training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, visual merchandising, and consumer market research, giving you real-world experience. High-performing team members who successfully complete the training program may be considered for Team Lead and leadership opportunities within the marketing department.
What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll help support and expand live marketing campaigns while building meaningful connections with customers and clients. You’ll gain exposure to customer acquisition, brand awareness initiatives, retail marketing, and experiential campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the execution and growth of marketing and promotional campaigns
Support customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
Professionally manage customer interactions and client needs
Drive sales through in-store promotions and live marketing events
Build brand recognition through local events and experiential strategies
Communicate directly with customers to promote products and services
Develop leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience
Problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Qualifications:
Ability to work full-time, including weekends for special events
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for advanced training opportunities
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Self-motivated, creative, and solutions-oriented
