🚀 Role Overview: Event Marketing AssistantAs an Event Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns. You’ll engage directly with the public, helping to promote nonprofit and client initiatives that make a difference.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with event setup, including materials, displays, and marketing collateral
Supporting community outreach programs through face-to-face engagement
Tracking participation and collecting feedback to improve future events
Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth event execution

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in. Our team is responsible for both raising awareness to their potentially life-saving programs and providing the funds necessary to implement them. Now that our team has developed a reputation for representing our 501(C)3 clients with integrity and enthusiasm, our goal is to continue expanding our client’s reach. We understand that learning how to successfully run a business is no small task, and requires a solid foundation in both leadership and management.
