The Role

We’re hiring an Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our interactive, face-to-face campaigns across the local area. In this entry-level role, you’ll be on the front lines of exciting events, helping raise brand awareness, attract new customers, and create memorable promotional experiences for the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of branded promotional events, pop-ups, and outreach activations

  • Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent partner brands with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Educate the public about products, services, or nonprofit missions through interactive demos and conversations

  • Maintain attractive event displays and promotional materials

  • Support data collection and reporting on customer interactions and campaign performance

  • Work closely with team leads to improve event strategies and meet outreach goals

  • Participate in regular team meetings, skills training, and leadership development sessions
