We’re hiring an Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our interactive, face-to-face campaigns across the local area. In this entry-level role, you’ll be on the front lines of exciting events, helping raise brand awareness, attract new customers, and create memorable promotional experiences for the public.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of branded promotional events, pop-ups, and outreach activations
Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent partner brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Educate the public about products, services, or nonprofit missions through interactive demos and conversations
Maintain attractive event displays and promotional materials
Support data collection and reporting on customer interactions and campaign performance
Work closely with team leads to improve event strategies and meet outreach goals
Participate in regular team meetings, skills training, and leadership development sessions
Hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, and customer engagement
Development of high-value skills like public speaking, sales, and team collaboration
