Position Overview: What You’ll Do
As an Event Marketing and Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our public relations efforts and executing marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Help shape a positive public image for clients through tailored promotional and PR strategies
Coordinate promotional events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and strong client outcomes
Build and maintain client and consumer relationships to support long-term brand growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns
Assist in selecting marketing materials and promotional tools that align with campaign goals
Contribute to the development of creative marketing and promotional strategies
Track and evaluate event performance; recommend improvements for future campaigns
Support daily public relations tasks including event logistics, press materials, and social media updates
Qualifications:
Internship or prior experience in marketing, advertising, PR, or event planning preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
