The Role

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing firm specializing in creating memorable brand experiences through impactful events and promotions. Our mission is to build genuine connections between brands and their target audiences. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador to join our team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and brand promotion, working within a creative and innovative team.

As an Event Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of events, while also representing and promoting clients' brands. You’ll assist with event logistics, engage with attendees, and communicate brand messaging effectively. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop skills in event marketing and brand representation within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the client’s message, values, and products to event attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • Interact with event participants, answer their questions, and ensure they have a positive and memorable experience.

  • Distribute promotional materials, products, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and encourage audience participation.

  • Assist with event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Gather attendee feedback to assess event success and provide insights for the continuous improvement of future events.

  • Work closely with other event staff and brand teams to ensure smooth event operations and the achievement of brand goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus).

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for customer engagement and brand promotion.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, as required for events.

  • Prior experience in event coordination or brand promotion is a plus, but not required.
