CTM(Customer Technology Manager) ensures that SK hynix customer team understands customer technology roadmap and node requirements, and helps ASML to develop and deliver the right lithography solutions to SK hynix customer.
Role and responsibilities
Develop new business for SK hynixUnderstand customer’s future and current nodes and device, and translate to lithography requirements
Align customer’s future performance requirements for ASML systems and options based on customer input and internal understanding
Establish future business demand based on customer requirements and ASML’s future technology
Plan enhancement strategy for installed base with customer stakeholders
Establish customer engagement strategy and business development plans for ASML products
Deliver information on ASML new products and technologies to the customer stakeholders
Design and execute annual customer roadmap meetings at high management level and engineering level
Support HVM customer meetings and understand customer requirements for the current nodes
Lead new system evaluation projects working with customers and CS (Customer Support) engineering teams
Manage sales orders to closure for the first new systems
Work with HQ business line to develop and execute new product business at SK hynix
Collaboration with customer stakeholders to understand and align technology roadmaps
Korea customer team collaboration across Customer Support, Account Management to ensure all customer unmet needs are met in product performance and service
An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in engineering or related field; Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, and Mechanical Engineering
More than 10 years in semi or related industries
Having in-depth technical expertise in litho/photo process
Preferred having experience in competitive business environment
Proven ability to structure and lead technology discussions with multiple parties
Understands the customer technology cycle and process
Proven organizational skills to align multiple stakeholders
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills; determines priorities and organizes actions effectively; is structured and timely in execution.
Demonstrates ability to build bridges between Business Lines, Account team and Corporate marketing
