Requisitos
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or be attending the last year of nursing studies.
- Possess EU passport
- Preferable if in possession of type B driver's license.
- Prior experience of 1 year as a nurse(s) preferred, although not essential.
- No language skills required to participate in the selection process.


Ventajas
- Permanent contract as a nurse(s) in public health centers, concurring with the Norwegian collective bargaining agreement for nursing.
- Salary of 45,000 to 60,000 euros gross per year (which may vary depending on the nurse's experience and hours worked).
- Summer salary of 12% of annual gross salary (Feriepenger).
- Rent and utility bills (electricity, water, gas, and Internet) covered totally or partially depending on the employment agency to which you will be assigned.
- Initial flight to Norway paid.
- Package of annual flights in predefined amounts paid by the company.
- Access to the Norwegian public health system in case of illness.
- Pension plan.
- Access to university graduate courses (after accumulating 2 years of experience and reaching C1 level of Norwegian).
- Recognition of work in Norway upon return to Italy, carried out by your region's Ministry of Health.
- Specific training and professional development program for nurses: Norwegian course up to B1 level, accompanied by study of Helsenorsk (Norwegian vocabulary for nursing).
- Issuance by Global Working of authorization to work as a nurse in Norway at no additional cost.
- Access to the largest nursing labor pool in Norway through the GW Network, which includes employment agencies and the public health system in Norway

STEPS:
  1. Enroll and pass the selection process.
  2. Follow the training and professional development program in a fully online format
  3. Travel to Norway (paid by Norwegian employer). Start your professional career as a nurse in the Norwegian public health system.
Please note: Applicants who already know Norwegian at the B1 level will not have to participate in the training and professional development program. After passing the selection process, they will be assigned a job as a nurse(s) will be able to fly directly to Norway.If you want to have the experience of a lifetime and want to learn more about working in Norway, please do not hesitate to register and we will give you all the information you need.Also, if you want to share this experience with a friend or your partner who is also a nurse, both of you can attend the training after passingal selection process.
