The UDR Operator will:

• Follow the process of obtaining and communicating the Due Diligence Statement in full compliance with the legal requirements.
• Provide guidance where and when needed for the actors involved in the process.
• Compliance with deadlines for the assigned tasks, giving priority to the export and import transport.
• Process monitoring at transport level and taking actions when needed.
• Assure the quality of the execution and the support offered in accordance with the tasks outlined.
• Manage the feedback received from the partners in the process (Site/Warehouse/Carriers/Logistics/Customs Department)
• Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences
• Data collection and accuracy check for the EUDR registration of the Due diligence, using (not only) the DDS tool.
• Filling in the information in the European platform or in the Tool Interface.
• Retrieve the Due Diligence (DDS) references (Identifier, reference Number, Verification Number, Status) and record and archive the information.
• Identifies rejections and manages the correction in the information system.
• Shares recurring problems
• Communication/Transmission of the DDS references to the stakeholders
• Updating the information in the EU platform/Tool if needed
• Process monitoring at transport level and taking actions if needed.
• Recommends actions and evolutions to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance.
