About Us
- Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous optimization of financial trading products on a cryptocurrency exchange.
- Maintain deep knowledge of both traditional and crypto derivatives markets; monitor industry trends and analyze operational data of live financial products on crypto exchanges to inform ongoing improvements.
- Drive innovative improvements to existing financial products and their underlying logic in response to market evolution.
- Collect requirements and issues from users and cross-functional teams; assess and prioritize them, and work with the team to drive resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years (or 2+ years with a Master's degree) of experience in financial trading products.
- At least 1 year of tenure on a successful product, or demonstrated track record of building a successful product from scratch.
- Exceptional self-motivation, learning ability, logical thinking, and multi-dimensional data analysis skills.
- Passionate, team-oriented, highly responsible, with strong cross-team communication and coordination abilities.
- Personal trading experience or strong interest in stocks, futures, forex, or digital currencies.
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Prior product experience at a cryptocurrency exchange is strongly preferred.
