Provide production support for ETL tools ( or Talend) in a 24x7 operational model.
Resolve ETL production failures promptly using troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Utilize strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle databases, Unix, and scripting languages.
Help in identifying long running data pipelines and report to development team to optimize them.
Work on scheduling tools like Control M, JAMS, and Crontab.
Actively participate in detecting the causes of the problems and help the development team in fixing them
Work on cloud technologies (Azure, GCP) and data bricks for added efficiencies.
