Preparar apresentação da Evonik para ações de Employer Branding
Criar uma imagem positiva da Evonik por meio das mídias sociais para atrair talentos
Apoiar o processo de prospecção e estabelecimento de parcerias
Onboarding:
Organizar o Onboarding virtual para novos funcionários
Apoiar a revisão de conteúdo e análise de melhorias para o aplicativo Onboarding
Apoiar a implementação do Onboarding para novos gestores
Treinamento:
Pesquisar e identificar treinamentos/cursos/escolas quando necessário e encaminhar os pagamentos do treinamento ao departamento financeiro
Atuar na organização da logística de treinamento
Registro e abertura de pedidos de compra de fornecedores relacionados a treinamentos
Ajudar na organização e monitoramento do Programa de Educação (Bolsas de Estudo), analisando inscrições, coordenando testes de proficiência e controlando o processo de reembolso
Colaborar e apoiar nas auditorias de treinamento para o Brasil
Diversidade e Inclusão:
Apoiar na prospecção de parceiros para palestras
Atualizar indicadores de D&I
Prestar suporte no conteúdo da página da Intranet de D&I
Requisitos:
Cursando Ensino Superior
Inglês avançado Pacote Office: Excel, Power Point - DesejávelConhecimento Power BI - DesejávelSAP - Desejável
Ferramentas Microsoft - Desejável
