- Controlar e contabilizar as solicitações de reclassificação de despesas disponibilizadas no site da contabilidade, mediante validação dos valores de acordo com as políticas vigentes e documentação suporte mínima exigida;
- Conciliação e controle das contas de bancos - principal e transitórias;
- Manutenção mensal da planilha de controle de importações;
- Realizar as reconciliações utilizando a ferramenta Backline (provisão de fretes, armazenagem, prepaid expenses, entre outras);
- Levantar e enviar as informações sobre a Pesquisa Industrial mensal do IBGE;
- Controlar e fazer a manutenção periódica dos pedidos de compras pertinentes ao departamento de contabilidade (checar as notas e garantir o pagamento dentro dos prazos estabelecidos em política e checar o saldo dos pedidos);
- Prover suporte às auditorias internas e externas quando necessário.
Requisitos:
Cursando Ciências Contábeis com previsão de conclusão à partir de Dez/2026
Excel (Desejável)
Inglês Avançado (Mandatório)
