  • Apoiar todas as atividades de Remuneração e Benefícios
  • Trabalhar com o(a) especialista de C&B na implementação de iniciativas de bem-estar
  • Organizar dados de pesquisas salariais do mercado farmacêutico
  • Responder às pesquisas salariais com informações de RH e de outras áreas
  • Preparar apresentações com informações de mercado sobre benefícios
  • Apoiar no levantamento e manutenção de dados da área de RH
     

Pré - Requisitos:

  • Administração de empresas; RH; Engenharia; Data Analytics
  • Previsão de conclusão: a partir de junho/2028
  • Inglês Intermediário - Avançado (desejável)

Habilidades/Preferências Adicionais:

  • Capacidade de trabalhar com Excel em nível intermediário/avançado
  • Comunicação
  • Desejável conhecimento em Power BI
  • Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos temas/atividades
