Responsabilidades:
- Responsável por implementar, gerenciar e garantir a conformidade do programa ESG, ética e sustentabilidade da unidade fabril, incluindo auditorias internas e de fornecedores (RBA VAP), gestão de riscos e não conformidades, interface com áreas internas e times globais, atualização regulatória, relatórios corporativos, treinamentos, desenvolvimento de políticas e relacionamento com stakeholders internos e externos.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Administração de Empresas ou área afins;
- Possuir mais de 6 meses de experiência comprovada na função;
- Experiência com auditorias de clientes, de terceiros e de fornecedores;
-Conhecimento geral das leis relacionadas à conformidade no Brasil;
-Pós-graduações, certificações ou credenciais em ética e sustentabilidade, ESG e Compliance serão fortes diferenciais;
-Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais conforme necessário;
- Necessário Inglês Avançado/ Fluente;
