Job Responsibilities:
Propósito
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, eficiencia y seguridad en los procesos de pintura, mediante el control de parámetros críticos, aplicación de CQI-12 (pintura) y CQI-9 (pirometría), así como el análisis y solución de defectos. El Especialista de Pintura es responsable de mantener la estabilidad del proceso, garantizar que los recubrimientos cumplan con los requerimientos del cliente y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en coordinación con producción, calidad e ingeniería.
Escolaridad:
  • Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
  • Deseable especialidad en recubrimientos o procesos automotrices.

Experiencia:
  • Mínimo 3 años en procesos de pintura automotriz o recubrimientos industriales.
  • Experiencia en arranques de línea, análisis de defectos y control de hornos de curado.

Conocimientos Técnicos:
  • Procesos de pintura electroforética (E-coat), primer, base color y clear coat.
  • Aplicación de estándares CQI-12 (Sistemas de Pintura) y CQI-9 (Pirometría).
  • Validación de hornos de curado (mapas térmicos, sondas de temperatura).
  • Control de parámetros de aplicación: espesor, viscosidad, tiempo de curado, etc.
  • Diagnóstico y análisis de defectos de pintura (piel de naranja, flujos, cráteres, etc.).
  • Interpretación de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Herramientas de calidad: AMEF, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.
  • Normas de calidad (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Deseable manejo de sistemas de monitoreo o software de control de procesos.
  • Inglés técnico (lectura de normas y comunicación básica).

  • Capacidad analítica para resolución de problemas
