What you’ll do in this role:
- Your role requires conceptual knowledge within Import/Export and involves applying general business knowledge. You will receive guidance and direction from others and be accountable for technical contributions to your team. You will seek to identify innovative approaches to solve standard problems, analyze information, and utilize standard practices to make informed judgments. Your work will impact your own tasks and contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives. Additionally, you will exchange information, ask questions, and check for understanding to ensure effective communication
- You adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, assisting with delivery coordination within the supply chain system.
- Analyze the delivery flow and process to improve procedures.
- Supports a program of internal controls to guarantee compliance with the regulations related to the shipment, reception and documentation of imported/exported products.
- Communicate, maintain and develop business relationships.
- Ensures that all aspects of delivery standards are met.
- Handles straightforward problems. Familiarity with ERP systems and industry-related transportation laws
- Support the customs compliance department as well as other departments as needed with reports or analysis.
- Observe the control over the processes, reports and information in the company's import and export systems
- Performs other functions as required

- You will have defined Goals and Objectives specifying key projects and expected milestones to achieve.
- You will support other site and company initiatives to further continuous improvement in the areas of cost, delivery, and quality.
Education & Experience:
· Minimum Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desired; however, if you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with 2 years of relevant experience in Import/Export roles.
Technical Proficiency
- You demonstrate the ability to effectively manage import and export regulations according to the countries laws and requirements
- You demonstrate competency in both written and oral communications.
- You maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing supply chain environment.
- You possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.
