As an Account Manager – Sales, you will manage key customer accounts within a defined region or business segment. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining relationships, and supporting commercial strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
As an Account Manager – Sales, you will be responsible for:
Managing and growing assigned customer accounts within a defined territory or business group
Selling standardized products and services, providing guidance to customers based on predefined offerings
Supporting pricing and commercial discussions within established contract frameworks, with some flexibility to adjust terms
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse customer base
Collaborating with technical and sales support teams to achieve sales objectives
Driving revenue growth and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies
Managing small to medium-sized opportunities and orders
Coordinating multiple customer engagements and sales activities simultaneously
Identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sales
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in account sales or related field
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Have ESP experience preferred.
- Have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead small initiatives or teams
- Show strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
