About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ESG Strategy Advisor to provide strategic guidance in aligning Vosyn's initiatives with comprehensive ESG frameworks. In this critical role, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies that drive meaningful social impact, enhance sustainability, and create scalable, transformative outcomes across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive ESG strategic frameworks tailored to Vosyn's unique organizational context
- Provide expert guidance on integrating ESG principles into core business strategies
- Identify and assess ESG opportunities and potential risks across the organization
- Design measurable social impact initiatives with clear, actionable metrics
- Advise on stakeholder engagement strategies to align organizational goals with societal expectations
- Create robust reporting mechanisms for ESG performance and progress
- Support leadership in making data-driven ESG decisions
- Develop recommendations for sustainable governance practices
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ESG strategy development and implementation
- Proven track record of designing and executing impactful sustainability strategies
- Deep understanding of global ESG frameworks and reporting standards
- Experience in technology or innovation-driven sectors
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ESG concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities
- Advanced degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decision-making
- Comprehensive knowledge of current ESG trends and emerging best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in ESG strategy or sustainability leadership
- Experience in AI or technology ethics
- Background in policy development
- Publication or research in sustainability strategies
- International ESG consulting experience
