We are looking for an exceptional and experienced ESG Compliance Manager to our growing Compliance team based in North America.
The ESG Compliance Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing the global ESG company strategy.
Responsibilities
-
Create, grow, and maintain business-wide ESG initiatives, and develop corresponding KPIs to track and analyze progress

Develop strategies to integrate ESG initiatives into various business functions

Monitor and maintain Sunday Riley’s B Corp certification standards and assist in managing recertification processes
-
Participate in managing Sunday Riley’s various sustainability partnerships
-
Stay up to date on relevant environmental regulations and industry standards, and proactively identify potential business impacts
-
Prepare regular reporting on KPIs, projects, and other initiatives as needed
-
Identify deficiencies and areas of opportunity for the business in relation to ESG initiatives
Competencies
-
Proficiency in sustainable business practices and ESG concepts
-
Awareness of best practices, emerging trends, and issues in ESG
-
Familiarity with global ESG laws and regulations
-
Ability to identify, assess and mitigate ESG-related risks
-
Skilled in analyzing data and metrics for reporting progress and informing decisions
-
Proficient in documentation management

Familiar with B Corp certification requirements, various ESG tracking platforms and other technology
-
Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Preferred Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field

Proven experience in ESG
-
Strong knowledge of ESG concepts, regulations, and B Corp certifications

Familiarity with beauty/personal care industry

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Strong sense of ethics and integrity
