We’re looking for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist!
We’re seeking a motivated professional to support the preparation of sustainability reports for both our Asset Management division and at Alantra Group level. The role involves coordinating data collection, ensuring alignment with EU regulations (such as the SFDR, CSRD and the EU Taxonomy), and contributing to clear, credible sustainability disclosures that meet investor and stakeholder expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sustainable finance and transparency, with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to make a tangible impact in the ESG reporting landscape.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably working as non-financial auditor with or at a financial services firm
- Knowledge on non-financial and sustainability reporting regulation affecting a Spanish-based listed financial institution (i.e. NFRD, CSRD, SFDR, CSDDD)
- Knowledge on sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (i.e. SASB, GRI, GHG Protocol, TCFD, LMA Principles)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Hard-working, Can-do attitude, Operational excellence, Ability to collaborate, Strong academic background
