Job Description

Applies basic skills while developing some specialized skills in procedures, operations, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment appropriate to area of specialization; performs routine and/or repetitive tasks; limited decision making required; generally works under close supervision; work is performed from within specific limits of established procedures and/or defined instructions.

  • Understand escrow account procedures, including payments and escrow functions.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in managing escrow accounts and performing tasks.
  • Ability to identify escrow issues as they relate to hazard insurance and work with the team to resolve issues
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members, external agents, and customers.
  • Pay assigned hazard insurance bills consisting of manual bills for applicable/assigned vendors.
  • Processing fax and email requests for insurance payment or other hazard insurance information.
  • Review and process HZ declarations, send letters to correct mortgagee clauses to agents
  • Handle HZ cancellations and reinstatements and other correspondence.
  • Reviewing assigned tasks sent through MSP daily
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handle customer service calls and inquiries.
  • Review and process reports for unpaid HZ bills
  • Scan documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
