Summary:
Responsible for the monitoring and payment of specific tax and insurance obligations of an assigned commercial real estate loan portfolio. This position works directly with Asset Managers, Escrow Managers, local/state/federal government agencies, developers, owners, investors, third party vendors, and other industry groups all with the intent of providing and maintaining the financial integrity of an assigned loan portfolio.
Major Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing escrow administration activities to maintain that all Real Estate tax and insurance commitments are met for a given portfolio including:

  • Monitor and administer escrowed tax payments.
  • Work with third party vendors to confirm and verify payment on non-escrow taxes.
  • Payment of insurance premium obligations.
  • Check disbursement and facilitation of online payments.
  • Activate and review of escrow analysis.
  • Partner with assigned Asset Managers to help maintain the financial integrity of the portfolio.
  • Maintain data integrity on internal and lender-facing reports.
  • Assist more senior Escrow Managers with QC, reporting, and document collection.

Minimum Requirements:
(experience, education, ksa)

  • Experience with cash management or other Banking related function.
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate Servicing a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma.
  • Undergraduate business degree preferred.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate, and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills.
