YOUR ROLE
- Define and design the technical architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in close collaboration with solution architects.
- Design and implement robust integration architectures around Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including the use of Azure and AI‑enabled services (such as AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or Copilot capabilities) to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance interfaces with third‑party systems and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Work closely with clients’ technical teams and internal functional consultants to deliver end‑to‑end solutions aligned with business needs.
- Translate functional and business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications for onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams.

- Advise customers on the optimal use of Azure services and Dynamics 365–related technologies.
- Support pre‑sales activities by contributing to solution design, technical estimations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Take ownership of technical sizing, development, solution design, testing and acceptance phases, as well as technical documentation.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted relationships with customers throughout the full project lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT, engineering, or a related field, with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification.
- 7 to 10 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Strong technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with solid hands‑on experience in Finance & Operations; experience with an additional app (e.g. D365 CE, Power Platform, AI) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of ERP project delivery, development and support processes, as well as integration architectures, databases, and the Dynamics 365 data model.
- Proven ability to produce clear, structured architecture and technical documentation and to lead distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively with clients and multicultural teams.
- Swiss citizen or EU national, fluent in French and English (German is a plus), willing to live in or near Switzerland and travel within CH..
